What is it like for employees

Employees download the application, log in using their company email or access code
Interest clubs
After registering, the employee is asked to select the topics and clubs of interest on the home screen.

The employee receives push notifications on the selected topics and can chat with colleagues.
Challenges
The Challenge is a short trial (one to three weeks), which involves the participant receiving daily tasks and adding reports on them.

Each challenge is a text, a video from an expert and a requirement for a report.

Participants see each other's reports, like and comment on them. The results of the Challenge are of interest not only to the participant, but also to their colleagues.

The system integrates with smart watches and trackers. The app independently monitors more than 40 activities of an employee logged into the system.

Online classes
Online classes are comprehensive programs designed to achieve specific goals: lose weight, improve your appearance, spend time with family, became more energetic etc.

The program is taught by a professional expert. The development of the material is performed together with the main Crosslife methodologist.

At the end of each training session, the program participant completes a report, which is shared with the other participants. The community manager creates a positive and supportive atmosphere.
